This professional occupational therapist assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team. Education: Minimum: Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Master's Degree Experience: Minimum: 0 - 1 years Preferred: 2-4 years Licenser/Certification/Registration: NJ State OTOH License (will consider those licensed in other state's with reciprocity) License or certification preferred for this job: CPR Specialized Skills: Ability to communicate clearly in English, both oral and written. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to perform diversified duties within time limitations with a high degree of accuracy Organizational skills including: Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to float as requested by super/mgr. Able to lead and manage a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated skill in clinical interviewing Preferred knowledge and skills Ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills. Membership/participation in professional organizations.
